I grew up as a humble farm boy in Idaho, guided by loving parents, dedicated teachers, and the timeless lessons of good literature. Those influences helped me achieve my dreams. Now, with the perspective that time and education bring, I am committed to helping all children discover strength and purpose through the principles that lead to success: honesty, courage, and community. Through animated videos, illustrated storybooks, and original songs and music, we bring early American literature to life—crafting all of our materials with English-language learners in mind and translating our works into 19 additional languages to share American culture and the English language with children worldwide. Every person has inherent value and needs only a little guidance to thrive. Early American literature is an ideal place to start.
